[SOLVED] Mailers stopped working after upgrade

I am going to apply the very latest nightly rebuild for CBSubs GPL 4.0.1 on my test server. The current version of CB is the last released (2.0.13). Do I need to do the latest nightly rebuild for CB as well?

My issue seems to be resolved and I appreciate all the efforts on my behalf. As usual, the CB Team has come through for me!

My client is happy, I'm happy. I've marked this issue as SOLVED.

I've been away from this for a couple of weeks, but I did apply the Latest Nightly Build CBSubs-4.0.1.ci.2016.01.20.00.20-unzip1st-92de998ff to our site and still none of the mailers work.

The cron job for Mass Expire works fine (it ran correctly this morning and the emails went out). Similarly the cron jobs for backup run without fail.

I have tested the mailers on my localhost site - all the relevant emails went into the mail queue. I also unpublished all the mailers on my localhost site and set up new test versions of the mailers - again, all the relevant emails went into the mail queue. The localhost site is a clone of the live site, running under XAMPP.

If I use the first automation link on the live site no emails go into the mail queue, even with a test mailer that should have produced about 10 emails.

I am totally stumped now and have no idea what to try next.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated and gratefully received.

Sorry to ask a few stupid questions, as until now with nightlies, all mailer issues were either configuration issues, or understanding issues, or mail server issues:

1) just to make sure: Did you also update all the CBSubs integration plugins to the nightly ?

2) On local site: Is it an identical clone of the live site in exact same state where the live site didn't queue the mails ?

3) On live site: Maybe the same mailers have been already sent or failed maximum number of sends due to mail server config (in sent list) ?

4) CB 2 and CBSubs 4 require at least PHP 5.4. Which versions do you have on site and on localhost ? if different, is it easy for you to switch your XAMPP PHP version on localhost to match the server one ? Just want to narrow down differences.
