Hi Mark,

I just tried reproducing the issue you are facing with our latest CBSubs nightly (including the latest nightly CBSubs Mailer integration plugin, and all other latest nightly integration plugins too). And it works as expected here, filling the message queue.

Did you install all latest nightly CBSubs integration plugins too (specially the mailer) ?

There has been a bug that has been fixed in CBSubs and integration plugins on January 20th and released same day in the nightly on January 20th:

Hey Beat,

Yes to all. I don't know why the mailers won't populate but they won't. It's becoming a serious issue because I can't get this org's business done.

I put credentials in Krileon's mailbox so he could check it onsite.

I am including screenshots of the site's mailer automation triggers. The one that shows 0 in queue (J3.x) and the one that shows 39 (J2.x) have exactly the same mailer settings and yet the one in the J3 site shows nothing as being triggered.

This has been the issue since I posted this and I would love if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Please help me figure this out.

Beat is looking into your issue. He wasn't able to find any configuration issues on your install and couldn't duplicate it locally. He's looking into what else could be causing the problem in the source. I don't suspect it's anything you've done wrong, but possibly a bug somewhere. It's just not easy to track it down.

In the mean time please make a new mailer with the same configuration as one of the mailers that should have queued and see if the new mailer is working as it could be an issue of broken mailer configuration from old parameters.
