I've already confirmed it works fine several times on your install after correcting the configuration problems that I informed you about. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look again to see what's conflicting.

You have "Allow Moderators to Edit User Profiles" set to "No" within CB > Configuration > Moderation. So the ajax does not work when trying to edit another user as a CB Moderator (this includes Super Users). It's working perfectly fine when editing your self. I've set it to "Super Administrators Only" and confirmed works fine on other users profiles and your userlists. Adjust as necessary if you want more than just Super Users to be able to ajax edit the field of other users.
