Upgrade from 1.9.1 fails was created by tsandberg
I'm attempting to upgrade community builder, but it won't let me.

I get this (see attachment).

How do I resolve this?

Thank you

PHP can't move the file. You've a permissions problem or the tmp path specified in Joomla configuration is wrong. Contact your host regarding the issue so they can give you the correct paths or advise you on permissions.

Note the migration may also have issues using the package installer. Unzip the package and install the zip file in the /extensions/packages folder if install fails again after adjusting permissions or configuration.

Thanks Krilion for the quick reply, I'm impressed!!

I have contacted my host (siteground) they are usually very helpful.

Could this issue have something to do with uploading image files too? When people register 50% of them can't upload files, mostly those with mobile devices.

If the permissions are wrong or the configuration is wrong you shouldn't be able to upload anything. At least not file related.

Ok I got the upgrade done, but now my registration form is gone. Says I'm not authorized to view the page?

I'm linking to the registration form in my menu, settings in the image below. What am I missing here?

Review plugin and tab ACL within CB > Plugin Management and CB > Tab Management. Please keep in mind you are doing a migration and not just a simple upgrade. A lot has changed between CB 1.x and CB 2.x. Ensure CB Core within CB > Plugin Management for example is Public and Published. Check registration parameter within CB > Configuration > Registration to ensure registration is even enabled, etc.. In short review everything to ensure your configuration all migrated safely.
