You seam to just have a tab view access level issue. The registered user has "Registrados" usergroup, but the tab with password, username, etc.. has its view access level set to "Docentes". The "Docentes" view access level does not have the "Registrados" usergroup selected so this user can't see the tab. This is all working as expected and is normal ACL protection.
In addition to this your "Contact Info" tab is unpublished. That tab is responsible for displaying core fields like username, password, etc.. Without it being published it can't be accessed from profile edit in frontend nor backend. I've set the tab back to published making those fields accessible to backend edit again.
If you need those fields accessible to frontend edit outside of "Docentes" view access level you'll need to change the view access level of the "Contact Info" tab to "Registrados" from "Docentes". If you only want the password field accessible though I suggest just moving the password field to a different tab with view access level set to "Registrados".
