Have reviewed your install. The plan isn't visible due to its conditions. Under the Workflows tab of the plan I'm not sure your conditions are intended. The first upgrade condition isn't fully configured and the second upgrade condition requires the lifetime subscription plan to be in any state. I recommend removing those conditions and it should work fine as I see no other issues with the plan that isn't visible.

Didn't work. I disabled the static conditions (see screenshot), and the plan is still not displayed.

I tried to upload a screenshot of the plan workflow params, but the upload failed

Refused to load the image 'blob:https://www.joomlapolis.com/97ff32de-dcd1-496b-bbea-8e1220500489' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "img-src 'self' data: www.joomlapolis.com stat.joomlapolis.com forge.joomlapolis.com *.stripe.com *.stripe.network *.ytimg.com www.gstatic.com www.google.com translate.google.com translate.googleapis.com

Very strange. One user is an unsubscribe within CBSubs > Subscriptions. So it shouldn't even be a upgrade, but a renewal and should be under "current and past membership" section. Will try to replicate this situation locally and see if I can track down what's going wrong causing the plan to not display.
