Ok, I found the issue. Something is wrong with their subscription record. "Expiration date" date should've been set to the date they unsubscribed, but it was still set to in the future to a date that doesn't make sense to the plan as the plan is 3 months duration, but the expiration date was set to end of year. How was this unsubscribed? Was the plan duration changed? and was the subscription record modified manually somewhere?
You can manually fix this within CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the ID column of their subscription to the broken plan then set Expiration Date to their "Last renewal date" or whenever you believe they unsubscribed.

Also regarding your image sharing issue please be sure you just attach the file itself. We don't support copy-pasting images as we've a strict CSP (content security policy) here for high security so copy-paste won't work. The image preview also won't display due to this either. Kunena ideally should send those async to server side for validation and returning for display to be CSP compatible (e.g. like how CB Gallery handles images). It however doesn't so it won't work with any site using strict CSP.
