A few problems with uddeIM 2.1

I was able to upload everyfile except cb_plug_pms_uddeim_blocking

cb_plug_pms_uddeim_profilelink

cb_plug_pms_uddeim

cb_plug_pms_uddeim_inbox

and when I tried to upload those files, I get the

[code:1] Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.[/code:1]

Its functional, except admin wont save any changes in the uddeIM options,and I don't have the option to sens message via profile.

What do you think about following my first suggestion about checking the FAQ?

There is an reason why I have created a about 100 pages document covering most questions and why I do not give answers to these questions in the forums.

I told you in the beginning that I already did that. I have unzipped the uddeIM_2.1_unzip1st.zip file and there is no limit on my server side.

I got everything uploaded noe and seems be working with one error left. Which I can not find a solution in the readme. I did a word search and still nothing.

When I go to Components->uddIM I get the following error displayed on the top in a red background.

[code:1]JFTP::write: Bad response[/code:1]

When I try to save anything, I get an error aswell

[code:1]
Critical Error: Failed to write to configuration file: /administrator/components/com_uddeim/config.class.php[/code:1]

I assume the config needs a permission change. What do I chmod the file to?
