uddeIM 2.5 beta has been released

Hello I am having an issue when looking at a user profile thru any profile link. I have Joomla 1.7 and using uddeIM 2.5 beta. I have CB 1.7 as well. I get this error message when looking at profile page thru Kunena link (going thru userlist works fine)

Sure, you are using an incompatible version (not 2.5 beta). Please install uddeIM 2.5 beta package. If Kunena uses a local copy of the uddeIM API copy this from the uddeIM folder to the Kunena folder.

Hi,
i have 2.5 beta installed on Joomla 1.7, no CB and it works fine,
but i have a feature request.
When there is an huge amount of users its uncomfortable to select the one
to send a message to fron the ling "all Users" list.
It would be nice to have a vavorite users list for each acount,
or at least a list of the users where a message was already send to.

Indeed Uddeim is an outstanding extension. I am quite happy that i can use it

Recently i try to update it to ver 2.7. Since the older version not working with Joomla 2.5 Beta

But i think i not upgrade i just install and i lost my older data in the data base. Its good that i tried it on the test site

Can you help me provide some links to a tutorial for upgrade UDDIM to ver 2.7

When you upgrade uddeIM and you follow the instructions in the README file you will not loose any data. When you upgrade from a very old version you might have to update some tables in your database.

When you plan to upgrade uddeIM and Joomla then you should first upgrade uddeIM and then Joomla.
