I wonder why no one from CB actually helped. I've at the edge of considering giving up CB already.

Muchos gracias! I did exactly the same to get rid of the parameters.

I thought it had something to do with Joomla 1.6 and decided to stay at Joomla 1.5 (mainly because components are not available for 1.6) and forget CB because it's not a necessary component for us. But there are some useful things in it and it’s a very nice component so yesterday I thougt I give it a new try in Joomla 1.5. Same problem! Now I know it’s because I did the same trick with the parameters and thanks to you it’s solved.

We have tried spfaehler's advice but it still makes no difference. Any chance we can get someone from the community who can advise a process. We can't even test run CB until it is set up and would not like to use another product as CB appaers to fit the bill perfectly.

Thank you Eduard! With this doc I see what caused the issue in your case but as I did not a change to the params field I am wondering what to do now. It is unbelievable that CB seems not to be able to provide us with a solution for this. I also checked if I can change something in the Database but with no result.
Any other idea or solution which could work?
