user list empty

Hello

I created an item menu "user list", but the page just shows empty board. If we pass mouse over the columns, we'll discover, I don't know how, a link to the users.

But no avatar, no name is shown

Do you have any idea about what's going on ? I am under joomla 3.3 with CB 1.9.1

Sounds like a template issue perhaps - test with joomla default template to confirm.

it does not change anything. avatar, name etc are just not loaded :

as you can see, there rows are blank.

Then check your specific userlist configuration.

On a public userlist fields will only be displayed if the profile is also available for public viewing.

If you login and then look at your userlist, do you see contents?

if you check the link I posted, you'll see that there is link (I don't know based on what !) to the user profil.

so yes, access is public, user exists, user is published, user is visible, but user list does not show anything

arf maybe there is some conflict with seblod ! it s quite possible that your component does not recognize anymore the profiles due to SEBLOD. do you know if there is some known issue with it ?
