I am having the same issue. In my case, I've migrated an old Joomla 1.5 site using "Migrate Me".
I've set up a "Test User Group" since migration and added new users and put those new users in the group. I've gone in to List management & added & removed a variety of columns. Those column headings properly appear in the list, as does the correct count for the # of users in group. A row is created for each member, but the line is blank. Pagination also displays correctly for the number of users in group.
I also have tried switching to default template, same results.

I'm baffled.

I'm nearly at the point of doing the same. Too bad. This functionality worked great for us on our old Joomla 1.5 site.

Thank you for responding, Nick. I've gone through 3 of those videos and they are great! Wish I would have known about them when I started this project as they really address a lot of the things I struggled with early on in a very clear way. I intend to go through all of them when time permits.

And I certainly don't doubt that the functionality works in the majority of applications. I've just hit a roadblock and after hours of scouring via google & joomla.org have come up empty.

Some of our affiliate clubs have had issues with Joomla! and have gone to Wordpress. I think they also were struggling with the migration from version 1.5. I am so close to having it working I don't want to give up.

I viewed the list related videos and I'm certain I have done everything as the videos recommend.
