Hi, I have a little problem.

My backend configuration and CBsubs have 2 hours differents.

If my backend have 9 AM, CBSubs have 11AM.

I do not understand. I think the problem is in all CB component because when a visitor subcribe and goes to his profile, it written connected for 2 hours ago.

Can anybody help me please?

Thanks by advance.

Hi,

CB 1.8.1
CBSubs 2.0.2

Joomla 2.5.6

In my backend on the dashbord for example I have the time of my last action which is the same as my computer time. But If I Subscribe a plan for 5 minutes, the start, and expiration time have 2 hours later than my computer.

My server time 6 hours later than mine because my server is in France and me in Guadeloupe, so I put my time zone on Guadeloupe (GMT-4).Or in the prifile, when a visitor register and goes immediately to his profile, it is written registered for two hours ago.

regards

Myann

I can understand that CB/CBSubs might be off time-wise compared to Joomla, but I would assume it's consistent and that plan durations are correct.

How are you verifying that 5 minute plans are not possible?

Are you using some kind of CRON job to trigger expiration in CBSubs?

I think I do not understand what you mean.

Now it is better. Bofore :
The 5 minute plan did not work because when I subscribed a plan at 9h05, it had to be fishished at 9h10 but the start time recorded in CBsubs was 11h05 so. Then it waited when my computer time was 11h10 to finish the subscription, so there was my probleme.

Now I use the cron job for expiration in CBus. THhe 5 minutes are really 5 minutes but the hours displayed for the subscription always have 2 hours offset. It is still a little bit disturbing.

Thank you yet for this first issue
