Hum sorry, but the problem is not solved.

I try to subscribe and it unsubscribe with 5 to 10 minutes later than my end time.

Look at the file.

A plan which had to me expired at 16:43 it ok but the one which had to be expired at 16h37 is active....

for information : my computer time is 14:49

Do not understand anything.

This is worst now.
Look at the first picture, the toto account.

The expired time is lower than the renew date, so it does not work when I try to reactivate.

Can anybody help me please.

On the second picture, Sans titre7, the user rippon.c is not expired (it must be expired at 16h47). If I notice the 2 hours offset, it must be expired at 14h47 of my computer....and it is 15h27.

I am lost

I think I understand :
If the users does not connect himself on his account, even if his subscription expired, the account is not updated so, the statut on the backend of CBSubs stay at 'active'.

Is there an issue to solve this probleme because it is disturbing if we can't make the defference between a real active or expired account.

Thanks

You need to trigger expiration. This is by default very conservative and only triggering a few times every now and again. You can adjust it as needed within CBSubs > Settings > Global > "Mass expire subscriptions method:".

It's always blank, it's a CRON URL. It's not supposed to display anything.

I am so newbie

I can't stress this enough, but read your documentation. It's over 600 pages of information in regards to CBSubs usage.
