In the backend, where the diffrents times are displayed, It confusing for my client to see the hours with this offset. He ask me to solve it but I do not want to break the code.
So I think developpers may have to think a bout it it the next release.
The offset is default based off the Joomla global offset, which is offset based off the server. If you adjust the timezone parameter when editing your profile (if user params is made available) you can adjust the offset to be local. Please review Joomlas documentation in regards to setting offset.

Right, that's probably global offset. You need to check what your users offset is. You can edit your user from Joomla user manager, CB user manager, or user profile edit to see what your user offset is.
