auto actions in plans was created by mfe13
hello,

I explain my problem.

I create a query fields to retrieve points AUP.

I have 4 Plans:
- 1 Free for life (parent)
- 2 bronze (child 1)
- 3 silver (child 2)
- 4 or (Child 3)

After I create create auto actions:
- Rule 1: If [cb_points]> = 250 and <= 650 points then subscribe to plane 2
- Rule 2: if [cb_points]> 651 and <= 1300 then subscribe to plan 3
- Rule 3: if [cb_points]> 1351 then subscribe to plan 4

Each plan works well to update 1 to 2 to 3 to 4.

But it will not work the other way (for 4 to 3 to 2, etc.)

May be the problem is a period for each subscription !

Is it possible not to put a period in a plane and the plane depends only auto actions?

I don't know if I was very clear !

Thank you in advance.

It follows the exact same usage as backend so if you see you can't do it in backend then the auto action won't do it either. Meaning you'll need to unsubscribe them first then subscribe them to the new plan. It does not do replacements as there is no safe way to down-upgrade that I am aware of.

To go from Plan 4 to Plan 3, you will likely need to first unsubscribe Plan 4 then subscribe Plan 3. Yes there is an unsubscribe, but you've translated it; it's directly below Renew and Delete is the last mode.

Ok
it works in two directions as I want !
But I do not understand why one plan appears 2 times renewable?

Looks like the IF check needs to be adjusted. Right now it'll just force add the subscription unless the subscription is already active. I need to fix it for all other cases to just do a Renewal. I've added the below feature ticket for next release to cover additional usecases.

forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/3860

Basically in this situation you'd do a renewal, but I'll be adding to the Subscribe mode to do the renewal for you so you won't need 2 separate actions or anything.
