Perhaps is an error in a language string that translates the duration output? Try switching to English and see if the default language strings display it fine.

I disabled all plans and auto action.
I put on user management and test whith another
But it does not change, it always shows the subscription renewal plan

For the date, English or French language show the same error

You need to check for an existing active subscription before trying to give them another active subscription. Otherwise you'll be trying to give them the same subscription everytime the trigger you're using fires. You can do this by using CB Query Field to check the database for an active subscription then conditional against it.

How I do this query field please ?

It is possible that this is a problem of IP?
as real users do not onta date, only some "test profile" that probably the same IP when recording.

For the query field, I see that tomorrow if I can do !

I've no idea, lifetime plans shouldn't have an expiration date. Try the auto action with a new test user. Then try giving another new test user the same subscription as the auto action, but from backend user management. Please search for the query as I've supplied it well over a dozen times; you'd need to query the _cbsubs_subscriptions table.
