Reminder password problem only with specific group

I don't know...Attached you can see a screenshot of action. I tried to remove onAfterUserProfileEditCancel but this don't change nothing.. :blink:

I don't know what more to tell you. I've tested the below as working perfectly fine unless for some reason you don't all editing of the email field in profile edit.

I tested your action but this always don't work at my side..it is strange because in this case the page index.php is of course totally public like his menu item. So the problem seem to be elsewhere...

That the strange point because using Cbsubs I have restricted modification of email field BUT only for users who are in my custom group/level (the one who can get they reminder without problem)..

If email field is restricted then adjust the conditional to a field you know will always be present in the POST. It doesn't particularly matter what field this is, it just needs to exist for every use that will always send with profile update. As this POST value won't exist in the forgot login post so for forgot login it'll always fail and prevent the redirect.

I don't think this is related because I tried to not restrict Email and the problem remain. Furthermore as I said, Email field is restricted only for usergroup/plan who don’t get problem for ask reminder...

I made some more test and I confirm the problem happen only for user who are in my Standard plan. If user are inside any other plan or even without plan, the reminder work. I really don't see what can be the difference between these plan who result to be able to get or not the reminder...

No idea, try using a field that everyone has access to at all times to ensure it's present in the POST.
