Reminder password problem only with specific group

I guess you can't and need to provide a field they can all access. I don't have anything further to suggest until next CB Auto Actions release were you'll be able to just check against the task, which won't be until after next CB release as many plugins are undergoing upgrading due to CB now having a completely up to date jQuery library.

I don't know if that'll work, because it'll always be empty so the conditional may still pass, but I suppose you'd check that the field is empty. I suggest just making your Email field available to everyone (it's core email field, this should always be the case) so you can condition against it.

As I said previously, I already tried to not apply restriction to Email field. This field is now available to all user and are located in a Tab also accessible to everybody. But the issue persist... :pinch: So the problem seem to not be related to this..but to what ? Mystery.. I reviewed everything and like I said, no "reminder menu item" are used...and the problem happen only with a specific category of users not for all..

I have no idea, I've tested the action I provided earlier and it worked fine, but I don't have multiple custom usergroups so I've no idea how that factors into it, but it should be completely irrelevant as you're checking the POST values which is the values sent when the form is submitted. If email field is available to everyone then you only need [post_email] Not Empty and it should work fine to limit it to profile edit. Maybe you've something installed that's conflicting or populating POST for whatever reason. I'm out of suggestions, sorry.
