well after hours of test and investigation, I did not found where the problem was.. Sometime it is better to drop, so I renounced to redirect user to a custom page (instead profile) who solved the reminder problem..
Sorry I made you lose time for nothing.
However it was a strange issue and I can confirm not related to usergroup, field, tab or menu item access. It was something related to Plan but impossible to find what.
I use Joomla 3.3.6 - CB 2.0.4 - CBSubs 4 - Several Incubator plugins
