Focus on one test group that you are seeing blurry images in.

Reupload the logo image making sure that the original image you have is larger in dimensions than your logo size parameters.

Then test quality and give feedback here.

My original image size is 640*427 and my Logo size Parameters->Maximum Image Height-500 & Maximum Image Width-300, Maximum Thumbnail Height and width-100.

But my logo image still looks blur.
