Community Builder 1.0 stable (build 1) is now in the CB Test-team's hands. Over 30 testers have replied to test-team leader Trail's call for test last week. All 37 known bugs logged by users into our bug-tracker have been corrected, while no features (and hopefully no new bugs) have been added, to deserve the stable tag. We should know more about its stability in the next days. Once the stability has been tested, we will release.

Last few nights have been particularly interesting. We got a call from Johan Janssens (Jinx), the Joomla! core development team leader, who proposed a session of interoperability tests (Joomla! 1.0 backwards compatibility) of Community Builder 1.0 stable candidate with the upcomming Joomla! 1.1 alpha 2 release.

Yes, its true! Our Joomlapolis has just recruited its 4000th citizen. We are currently tracking him down for the traditional interview. Lets hope we track this one down!

Greetings Joomlapolitans! The Joomla! team has just given the CB core team a copy of the soon to be released Joomla! 1.0.6 CMS build. The purpose is to identify any last minute issues of importance to the CB user community. Joomla! 1.0.6 is scheduled for a release this Sunday.

Well JoomlaJoe (aka MamboJoe) has done it again! In parallel to squashing bugs found in RC2 along with Beat, he has developed an awesome plugin - the CB Profile Book! This is basically a personal guestbook plugin for CB profiles. The plugin is still in testing and we have installed it here so our fellow Joomlapolitans can start pounding away and providing feedback. Please visit JoomlaJoe's profile and sign it!

As of today Joomlapolis is demonstrating the UDDEIM PMS system written by our fellow Joomlapoltian Benjamin. The previously used enhanced PMS was written by another Joomlapolitan Loewe81. Both are excellent components. I just feel its time we got a chance to see something different. I would like to thank Benjamin for his help during the upgrade process and hopefully our community can suggest many new features now that we can installed it on this site.

Another Joomlapolitan, Jacob, the builder of the Joomlapolis template is currently updating some of the colors and the contrast of this site. A lot of people have commented (complained) about difficulties viewing this site. Please respond to the forum thread at the end of this article to express yourself on this matter so we can help Jacob react.

Oh, we have recently signed-up our #3000 citizen. Currently tracking him down to conduct our traditional interview.
