[#5591] CBsubs problem with ended or inactive subscription

The expired subscription redirect may have been changed. Ensure the parameters under "Expiration and restricted access redirects" within CBSubs > Settings > Expiration are empty.

Plan is configured to allow show at registration and upgrades. Is there a new special setting for renewals ?

On login, user is immediately blocked with error and nothing else
I also tried to unpublish autoaction plugin and got the same behavior

If I read your zip file correctly you might have set the plans

Total number of occurrences of regular validity/price (0=unlimitted)

to 1 which would imply that you are not allowing them to renew.

Please verify and set to 0 if this is the case.

If it is set to 0 and you are still having issues please PM me access and I will inspect and see if there is sometong else involved.

If I remove the setting forbidding a free user to access without a plan, my users can access and renew correctly.
But choosing No for this setting only deactivate all users whose plans have expired and they have no choices left than being blocked.
That's a problem that we didn't had a couple of months ago with old cbsubs version.

Thanks, that helps - will try now to recreate issue and see if we can push a quick fix.

Using latest CBSubs 4.0.1 nightly and latest CB 2.0.11 nightly I could not replicate your issue. I am getting proposals just fine.
