Testers needed for plugin PrivacyPolicy

Thanks Mikko... This plug in looks like a nice feature for users and I was wondering if its functionality is close enough to make it a good starting point to create another plugin that does almost the opposite function:

A plugin that makes it possible to create a hidden tab for all users that only managers, or administrators have access to. This tab would be hidden from the user, even when they are editing their profile.

The tab would be a place where administrators can keep private accounting info or notes they would like to save about a particular user.

Any ideas?

I am not sure if this is technically possible with the logic that privacy policy has.

My Advanced Profile Control can do this easily.
