Testers needed for plugin PrivacyPolicy

Hi Mikko,

Before digging any further into a much predictable SQL syntax flop, i would like to know if the following scenario is already possible under PrivacyPolicy.

I am using JACL Plus to control user types and access levels.

My goal is to have Tab A to load only when users who belong to Usertype A login. However, this same Tab A shall be viewable by any user.
On the other hand, when a user who belongs to Usertype B logs in, Tab A shall not load in his CB profile.

If this is possible and you can point me out SQL guidance, i'd be really thankful.

Can't wait for Advanced Profile Control to be published, since i am in need of something like this.

The 0 is this query refers to an access level?

Not possible. Privacy policy controls only what other can see, not what tabs the user has.

Advanced profile control will be released in a matter of days now.

I have try to add it to the bug tracker but I didn t manage to do it. By the way, I have descibed my problem in this post.

Can you be more specific? Do you think that it cannot be done? If this is the case, then I need to adjust the tracker settings.

The bug tracker is by far better way to manage this kind of information than forum thread. Also, you can subscribe to a bug and get notified when it is fixed.

I have not had time to look at this, and it will probably be a week until I can work with this piece of code next time.
