Dr.Mazika read the readme.txt file for instructions how to use the plugin... No menu items to create.

Is it possible to create a policy so that only the profile owner can see the tab? If so, how would I create that policy?

Yes. This is one of the preconfigured policies, just install the plugin and check it out.

I only see 3 policies:

1) Visible to ALL
2) Visible to MEMBERS
3) Visible to CONNECTIONS

I do not see where to make the tab visible to profile OWNER...

Sorry, I thought that it would have also PRIVATE. SQL for this would be "select 1 from #__comprofiler where {$my} = {$user} limit 1"
