Yes. The ActionScript just needed a hook to a PHP file in the plugin that registers a hit after each completed track. The hit is stored in a table, so querying on it to create charts shouldn't be that hard.

As it's in beta, it's only open at the moment to those volunteering to test it out for bugs and usability issues. You can help out by joining the project on the forge.
