CB Not showing in Joomla Component Menu After Inst

I have the exact same problem. I cannot see community builder in my components. There is no upload_max_filesize as I just test it locally in XAMPP.
I have tried to copy the files directely into the components directory, but it doesn't solve the problem.
When I installed com_profiler.zip via the extention manager the installation was successful but still cannot see the component.
Would appreciate if you could help me.

Drop your xamp joomla site and try again with clean database.

I do know that installing the component and modules seperately, the old fashoned way does work.
