You need to wrap the recent activity page or display the profile tab using substitutions. Those are the only 2 options unless you develop a custom module to display activity.

if I write [cb:usertab tab="34" user="44" /] the module does only show the content of the logged in user and not the 44 one.

You want to show the activity of the user displayed or the activity of the user logged in? Please see the below examples.

Correct, it's the users profile you're viewing in CB. So if I am viewing "Bob" then #displayed represents him and the substitution will render based off his data.

Simply specify a specific user_id. Example as follows.

If you're viewing a users profile other then your own then it'll show the substitution based off them. Everywhere else it'll show the substitution based off the logged in user.
