The ID must actually exist. Ensure you're using the correct ID (far right column) from CB > User Management as the # column is just a row counter.

I don't know what to tell you. The proper usage is as follows.

[cb:usertab tab="##" user="##" /]

I've confirmed and tested this working with several tabs. Have also confirmed it working fine with CB Activity tab. You need to be using CB Content module as this won't work with any other module. Alternative is to use CB Content Bot and place the substitution in a Joomla article.

with CV content bot happens the same (see the attached file)

The content bot needs to be surrounded with {cb:}. Example as follows.

I don't know what to tell you, its worked fine in all my tests and always rendering the content of the user exactly specified.
