Ok, have released a new CB Core Fields Ajax build release with this fixed. Please let me know if you're still having issues after updating.

Sorry to say it did not work.
But, I do have some more clues.
It appears that every time you select a dropdown, a "menu" div is created and shows in the source code.
If you close an Editor Text Area field after selecting a dropdown, the "menu" div still appears in the source code for that dropdown (like Format). See attached PDF.
If you reopen the Editor Text Area window again and click on the same dropdown, it will create another "menu" div. And it will do this each time you click the dropdown, close the window (save, cancel or leave page), then open and click the dropdown again.
So if you open and close a Text Editor Area window 5 times and click the same dropdown 5 times, you will have 5 instances of the same "menu" div.
If you click another dropdown, then it will show additional "menu" divs for each time it is clicked, etc.
I have attached a PDF wilt screenshots showing the source code and dropdowns.
Are you sure you've updated to the latest CB Core Fields Ajax build release? I am removing those menus from within its JS when processing the save/cancel request. This all works fine in my tests with TinyMCE, CodeMirror, None, and JCE. It's possible you've something conflicting with this JS though. At this point I'll need to review your install to debug any further. Please PM (see link in signature below) backend super user login credentials and will take a look.

Press F12 to open your browsers developer tools. Then select the Console tab. This is going to cause a lot of problems. You'll need to find out what's causing the broken syntax on that page. It's causing every script after it to break including CBs.
I don't think there's anything more I can do here. I've confirmed working on Joomla 4, 5, and 6. As well as our demo site now. So your issue is isolated to a problem on your site. I recommend as a first test try switching Joomla templates, refresh the page, and see if the error is gone as frequently a lot of problems are caused by Joomla templates.
I however am using JCE free. I do not own JCE pro. So maybe there's a difference in the two packages. At this point I'd recommend contacting JCE and see if their support can take a look.

FYI - TinyMCE is now working to reopen properly after closing edit window.
One last question - Is there a way to move up the CB scripts to above the JCE scripts so they run?
