CB with PRINT + EXPORT TO EXCEL + MASS EMAIL

I am coding something related to the userslists (and will release it as free software). If someone is doing work with the lists, please PM me so we can avoid duplicate work.

Mikko! If you go on like that (your upcoming tab privacy plugin and now the userlist with export feature) I am gonna fall in love with you! I wish I could give the community back as much as you! As said on other threads: you rock!

Any rough idea when userlist and tab privacy will be available?

privacy shold be priority first imho however.

I am not coding excel export, but doing somenthing else which might be helpful for excel export.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

After months(more than a year) of waiting, the next version of this component is now ready to be released!

I have changed the name from CB Users List Extended to Advanced Users List Version 0.5.

It has gained and lost features. The most notable new features are:

1. A semi-advanced search system - this will be developed further but it works just fine.
2. Mass Mail Selected Users through a very intuitive interface. Fully AJAXified and MOOTOOLSified! I bet you've never seen an interface like this before!
3. Export Selected User's Data into a CSV(Excel) file.
4. You can navigate through the pages without losing your checked boxes.
5. Assign the Community Builder Fields to be exported and searched.

Trimmed Down Features:
1. No more print function.
2. Works only in the Backend! The first version works only in the front end. On the next release, frontend and backend should work.
3. The Users List is not based on CB's List. Just standard list of Name, Email, User Group.

This will be released this Monday March 26, 2007 (within 24 hrs)! Let me sleep first and regain the 3 lbs I lost to develop this component .

This is really great, and you've done so much work! Thank you so much!

Only two little things I hope you'll keep in mind for future updates... the ability to select all users is only up to those that are displaying. The max display is 50, but I have 300 users. I need to be able to export all 300 without having to just export 50 at a time. The other issue is that while it shows whether they are enabled or disabled on the selection screen, it doesn't show in the export. I would love to be able to export only enabled/only disabled/all customers as separate exports, but would be happy if I could just find them in the export.

Thanks again, it really is great work, and we can live with those two little issues over not having anything.
