CB with PRINT + EXPORT TO EXCEL + MASS EMAIL

i needed to print a user, i searched and behold, some clever person had created just the thing, thanks guys.
i not sure about the reply here though...about the print format (id + guest) problem/feature; has it been fixed/extended yet?

Looks like development on this stopped a while back. Is anyone currently using this with the newest versions of CB and Joomla?

Currently the userlists in CB show up with alternating table row colors. But when you go to print, the colors disappear. Was hoping this would be a viable work around for it.

Please, where can I find this module ?
I've installed the 0.0.1 version of December 2005 and I've a problem because only one the first member selected receive a email.

Do you have an idea to resolve this problem ?

I tried downloading the attached .zip file, but it comes up with error 404. Does anyone still have it that can re-attach it?
