Saw this on the to-do list...

"User can change their forum settings in profile manager, uploading avatars etc."

Was wondering where in the roadmap this will come out? Finally it looks like we'll have a fully integrated aliternative to Joomlaboard.

Anybody wanna buy a copy of vbulletin? :laugh:

I'm using:

Joomla! 1.07 stable folder /joomla/
PhPBB 2.0.19 folder /PhpBB2/
PhPBB Connector Version 1.2 Beta
CB 1.0 RC2

+ Login of existing User works fine.
+ Sync of existing Joomla! Users works fine
+ Sync of existing PhpBB Users works fine
+ Adding a new User works fine.

* Not tested at the moment is changing password.

But i have a question. Is there a option to delete a existing user?

Any word on when the PHPBB Connector will allow this functionality with separate PHPBB and Joomla databases? The connector works great with a single database install. Keep up the great work.

Great to hear everyone is having a good time with the connector. The function that the user avatar is send to phpBB is already on version 1.2 beta... let me know if it works... it does for me but you never know.

the seperate database thing... mmm yes well i think in version 1.3 that depends if we succeed in programming that..

and last... to delete a user simply delete him using the community builder user manager you can set the option what will happen in phpBb inside the plugin itself....

What do you all think of the control panel? in the next version it will look a bit smoother...

It works here too! Avatar choosed in CB is also in PhpBB

Great to hear the avatar is working.

When you click on the "Profile" button in PHPBB does it direct to you CB profile?

I'm hoping to totally bypass the PHPBB prfile -- is this possible?
